Hi, I’m Madison!
Nutritionist (Future Registered Dietitian)
Boy Mama
Retired Dancer
Photographer
My story begins in 2018 when I was auditioning for multiple dance programs across Texas. At the time, I was meeting with physical trainers and dance coaches almost every week. Most of my days were so busy that I would forget to even eat a good meal. Eventually, I ended up getting severely injured and my dance career was put to an end.
After my injury, I decided to look into athlete recovery and health benefits. Soon after, I discovered the impact of healthy eating!
But my story doesn’t end there!

We create long-term improvements:
The Noelle Nutrition program focuses on educating clients on healthy dietary practices that are personalized to their specific goals. How my program works:
Step 1: Meet and Greet
I want to hear your story! We will strategize where you want to be versus where you are now.
Step 2: Game Plan
Our first session will be the longest. We will review your current dietary habits and lifestyle factors. Together, we will dive deep to take a look at potential roadblocks that may have kept you from meeting your goals in the past. Then we will make you a power plan so you can take back control of your health!
Step 3: Follow Ups
You are not alone! During follow-up sessions, we will continue to untangle your unhealthy habits and work to restore your health from the inside out. Between our monthly sessions, you will receive weekly email check-ins, and meal planning support if needed. We are in this together!
Step 4: Improvements
In order to meet your goals, we will be making minor changes in your daily/weekly routines. However, it is important to remember that during our sessions, it is normal to encounter bumps in the road. As a result, we may need to make adjustments to your goals. Either way, you are still making progress towards the healthiest you! Be proud of even the smallest improvements!

FAQs
What if I can’t pay in full?
No worries! We can organize a payment plan after putting down a small deposit.
Can you assist with my chronic disease/condition?
I am currently in my dietetic internship/masters program working towards being a Registered Dietitian. That being said, if you need assistance with your chronic condition, I would suggest meeting with your primary care provider and a current Registered Dietitian. I can provide information for current Registered Dietitians if needed.
Do you take insurance?
I am not taking insurance at this time.

Story continued...
Nutrition plays such an important role in our daily lives.
And after going through multiple experiences of...
... and much more! I decided to continue working towards my Masters in Dietetics, of which I expect to finish in December of 2024!
That being said, allow me to help you reach your goals and work towards the healthiest you!
A year ago, when my son was born, I decided to begin breastfeeding. However, because it was my first time, I had very low milk production. Unfortunately, not even one hour after bringing home my newborn baby, I had to rush to Texas Children's Hospital because he was non-responsive due to a lack of nutrients in his system. He was then in the hospital for an entire week after birth.
While in the hospital, they had decided to provide him nutrients through an IV and, in the meantime, focus on increasing my milk production. Unfortunately, the stress was too much and I suggested formula instead. Then within 24 hours of being on formula, he became responsive and I was able to take him home!
Although I would have loved to breastfeed, I was not able to provide the right amount of nutrients to my son compared to formula. That being said, with the right nutritional support, I could have improved my postpartum depression or even increased my milk production.
